I think it began in high school. When I was a senior in high school I had my first anxiety attack. I believe that first attack was the precursor to my overall anxiety disorder. The attack began in the evening and I was alone, both were probably factors that brought it on. I don’t know what specifically provoked it. Lost Again

Ive lost another 5 pounds... Down to 354.5 now.

I did, what I thought was an easy workout, and it turned out, I was outta there faster than when I did a hard workout!!

I used less weights, and a lot more repetitions yesterday, and today, Im more sore than I have been in a very long time!!
Didnt get out of bed, til 11:55 today!!! Yea, THAT sore LOL...

I pulled the same prank on my Wife again....
Stood behind her and put my cane on the scale and...
