What I don't understand (and I'm not being sarcastic here) is how a bi-racial person can be lily white, but because they have that "one drop" of black blood somehow that trumps their white blood (this, almost always stated, with great pleasure, by black people) Yet these "one drop" black people are usually never accepted as truly black, among blacks with brown skin????? Then a thread starts about bi-racial people being "confused"....ah yeah, if black people are not...

This has been the weirdest summer I can ever remember. It came early this year, no spring to speak of, just winter and then overwhelming heat.
