Posted 09-12-2012 at 01:58 PM by LookinForMayberry

This morning as I was waking up over my game of freecell, DH told me the news about our Libyan ambassador. I searched CD and found nothing yet said, but by the time I posted an entry there was already a thread with 37 other entries. Apparently we are just burning for another squabble in our lives, because the entries I read were all hostile.

So much hostility everywhere. Of Course I do not agree with the attack on our embassy. What I find so saddening is how we've made it yet one...

As much as I enjoy the forums overall and I do love to write I have decided it is time to end the blog for now. I am going to close my membership for city data and focus on what I need to do for myself and my home.

I appreciate all those who have taken the time to read my words and to comment on those words, it does mean a lot to me.

I may join again at a later time but it will be under a different name I'm sure, my current one is so boring.

A new trend seems to be starting on the forums and I just don't understand it.

There is a reason that...

I am opposed to both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.

I voted for Obama in 2008, but 4 years later it should be clear to anybody that he is simply a continuation of the disastrous Bush administration. In fact, the resemblance is uncanny.

He kept the same Secretary of Defense until last Summer and followed what was written in the Bush Doctrine, calling for removal from Afghanistan in 2014. His aggressive use of drones and troop surges were a surprise, as all he campaigned...

Chesapeke Bay

Posted 09-11-2012 at 03:38 PM by prettyred

I am thinking about moving to the Chesapeke Bay area and would like some input and suggestions. What is the cost of living there? I currently live in Florida and have lived in Northern Virginia before very briefly. I hear there is a difference as far the kindness of people.

Southern Virignia people seem more nicer and respectful than Northern. I did witness that myself....

I would like a nice area 2bedroom apartment, any suggested areas that are decent and quiet? How...
