Upstate New York, especially Western New York, leads the country in property taxes as a percentage of home value.

While the data is taken from a 3-year average (2006-2008) the current percentage can be derived by the following simple formula:

I got up and weighed myself this morning, (its now 5:14am, I got up at 4am), and with my Son's scale I weighed 328 pounds! I was just figuring, I am down 49 pounds of water!!! WOW...
I am really starting to wonder how much water I can get off now...It 'has' to be coming to an end, and I will start losing weight 'normally' of two pounds a week, Im hoping, soon.

I havent been able to sleep for some time now... Just laying in bed, daydreaming and watching the clock as each...

I am always angry and always depressed of failed relationships....It is not helping me but ruining my health like hell...have lost patience of when I am finding my soul mate...how to overcome this,,,,
