Selling Your Home in the Seattle area

Posted 10-18-2012 at 02:20 PM by homesinseattle

If you are thinking about selling your home and want to make good choices, here are some helpful thoughts:
  • Bad ideas: expensive bathroom/kitchen remodels/additions, new garage, expensive landscaping.
  • Good ideas: green/organic materials, simple repairs, tidy the yard, replace ugly appliances.

Posted 10-18-2012 at 08:28 AM by Urban Sasquatch

Have you ever noticed how people like to totally forego LISTENING just so they can have an opportunity to be smarmy about something?

My post elsewhere regarding breakfast this morning:

There are days on occasion where everything goes wrong and one is rushed out of the house with no breakfast and very little time. This was the case today when [blah blah blah, insert story about poor service at a local fast-food place].

Anybody know anything about Santa Barbara in particular? Type of people? Job market? I've already been doing some research on the cost of living. All I can say to that is yikes! But I don't care, I'm coming to California no matter what.

Vetura County is actually part of the L.A area. Many people from Ventura County compute to Los Angeles city limits. Their local news come from L.A tv channels. It would be weird being to include Ventura County on Central Coast region, becuse monterey is 5 hours away from ventura, and L.A is 1 only one hour away.

225.568 July

227.056 August

228.184 September
