Colorado Real Estate is improving and New Home builders are selling homes at record pace. Prices have really risen on new homes. Partially do to the fact the Denver metro area did not over built new homes. Our inventories in new and resale homes are at low levels which also contributies to the price increases.
There are still areas in Denver Metro that have short sales and foreclosures keeping prices down in those areas.

I blog tonight as New Yorkers and a large swath of people have been hit with Supertorm Sandy and now the NorEaster storm. Without power in a great number of places there a week after the Storm.
