Posted 12-02-2012 at 09:32 PM by Sunshine Rules

Recently released statistics from the Sarasota Association of Realtors show October sales increased 24% over the same month in 2011 and sales were up 10.9% for October 2012 vs September 2012.

Pending sales also increased in October, putting the local market at a low 4.4 month inventory of homes for sale and a 6.4 month inventory of condos for sale.

There is variety, color, fullness and life for us in the promised land. No more desert, no more dry places. The promises of God bring us into a land of abundance, and the overflow with new adventures of conquest and expansion. Springs...

From what I've read, the last time they had too much excitement was in 1973, when the Frisco High Raccoons clinched a berth in the Class A quarterfinals.

Losing reputation, right?
