150 single family homes sold in December, 2012, with a median price of $113,000. Of these sales 83 were traditional sales, with a median price at $117,000, while distressed sales (foreclosures and short sales) were 67 units, or 45% of total sales, with a median price of $102,000. Last night I felt awful. Shoot, I felt awful all day. He came home and dinner was ready, he thought I wouldn't be cooking and we would just go out to eat. He needed to go and have a suit altered. I told him I just didn't feel well, I was going to stay home.

It was strange for me, for us. I usually go everywhere with him. As he pulled off the thought of ice cream popped in my head. Ice cream makes everyone feel better!
