Trouble?

I went to execise yesterday and had to cut it short...

First off, too many people on the machines and I couldnt 'get' to the machines that I wanted, so had to settle for those that were still available, and I dont go backwards, to those I miss, always forward and out.

But, those machines that I do hit, I make sure that I put in extra effort and more reps for those that I miss. 50 here, 100 there etc...

So, I come to the stationary bikes and wouldnt ya just...

The life of Spot

Me and my best friend do everything together, eat, sleep, play, absolutely everything. My best friend is called Spot and she is a dog. She is the best dog ever.
Spot is a German Shepard and we called her spot as she is pure black with just one white spot under her chin which is rather cute. Since it has been snowing in England Spot loves it! She goes outside black and comes back in white; she could play in it forever if she could! I stand at the door and throw snowballs at her, and she kicks...

Moving back to Texas

I recently made a life-changing decision. I have decided to move back to Texas, where I was born. I haven't lived in Texas (and have only visited a few times) since I was 20 years old. (I wonder if it will seem the same??) Probably not - the only constant is "change".
This hasn't been a "snap-decision". I have been living in New Mexico for the past 18 years (except for a stint in Florida) and I truly love many things about New Mexico.
