Posted 03-15-2013 at 11:08 AM by lindarogers

I’m helping 2 clients looking for apartments in the Cleveland area. I’ve spent the last week working about 2 hours every day scanning Craigslist and the MLS for properties in lots of areas. What an exercise in frustration. Oh, and did I mention that these clients have dogs over twenty five pounds? Landlords are just lining up to rent to them. Right. And another thing, one of the dogs is a pitbull. This is where I have to laugh or just give in and cry. Right away, Lakewood is out for them. Unfortunate...

In a bind

Posted 03-13-2013 at 05:19 PM by modernmom2

I need to find a place to live ommediately in north jersey. I would really like to live in my own studio or 1 bedroom apartment. I can't afford much though. The max would be maybe $500.00 a month and that would include utilities. I am very much behind on my storage space fees as well. All my kids and my belongings are scheduled to be auction off/sold/thrown away at the end of this month if i haven't paid what i owe. I am soooo stressed out
I tried to get rental assistance from the state...

I'm in California, so rust is not a problem... car bodies here last just about forever.

Grew up around the family car business... Toyota had the edge over Honda back when I was working there... part of the reason was there were so many Toyotas around back then. They seemed to take abuse a little
