In what situations would I get my earnest money deposit back?

I'm not a big believer in pestering people that they just cannot buy real estate without an agent.
Too often agents seem completely self-serving with that advice.
I would make an exception in this case, but it seems that the barn door is WIDE open. And the horse has wandered...

My Adventures in Coach on Amtrak - Los Angeles to Pittsburgh and Back

This was my first trip with Amtrak; Los Angeles to Pittsburgh and back. I had a reserved coach seat the entire trip. Some people have asked me, "Why?" I have always enjoyed driving across country - I have done so 7 times. I had the time take this trip and it would allow me to watch the scenery along the way. I also liked how much luggage I could take on the train vs. the plane - two checked and two carry-on at no charge. As I board the Metrolink with my four bags headed for Union...

I have two stainless with adjustable sights as well as an ancient blued. I have three R&D conversion cylinders that fit perfectly in all of them. R&D cautions against overly hot loads and after a conversation with the owner I understand the reasons which are a matter of necessary design considerations. Their recommendations are conservative but that's only prudent. Any .45 Colt is a good stopper; it's also a great black powder cartridge.

I’m helping 2 clients looking for apartments in the Cleveland area. I’ve spent the last week working about 2 hours every day scanning Craigslist and the MLS for properties in lots of areas. What an exercise in frustration. Oh, and did I mention that these clients have dogs over twenty five pounds? Landlords are just lining up to rent to them. Right. And another thing, one of the dogs is a pitbull. This is where I have to laugh or just give in and cry. Right away, Lakewood is out for them. Unfortunate...
