Ever since I decided to buy a home for myself, I have noticed more and more the increasingly unethical manner in which agents deal with their listings. Withholding offers, artificially inflating prices and then selling to their own buyers (so they can increase their own commission) at LOWER prices! It makes me wonder how this market is ever going to get fixed. In 2006, the problem was predatory lending practices, unscrupulous loan officers and unethical notaries. Today, it seems as if real estate...

I remember the day my husband looked "yellow" to me. (Just all of a sudden.) I asked him to look in the mirror to see if he looked "yellow" to himself...His skin had a "yellow tinge." It was spooky! But neither one of us felt that he had any major health problems...He had been seeing his doctor on a regular basis for high blood pressure. And he had another appointment scheduled because he'd been experiencing some minor abdominal problems recently...We were both astonished...

Today I'm going to focus on looking in the mirror...What are some of my so-called assets? And how about my imperfections and flaws?...I can't really "fix" my "problem areas" if I don't admit that they "exist!".. I can't give myself a pat on the back once in awhile if I never see any "good" in myself...So I'm going to try to be more honest and realistic with myself from now on. (If possible!)...I'll never be "all that!" But I don't deserve to be thrown...

Have you ever had a big need to talk?.. I think it would probably do me some "good" to talk and share right now...So I've decided to start writing in my blog more often. No one has to listen or read what I write...I'm not doing it for attention. Just need to talk and get some of my thoughts and feelings "out" of me. (Versus keeping everything "bottled-up" or "locked-away" inside of me.)
