April snapshot: North Port prices rise 27.6%

The following is a statistical analysis of the North Port, Florida single family home market, with data compiled from the MLS.

In April, 2013, 120 homes changes hands, a 23% decrease from the 156 homes sold in April, 2012. The median price was $125,000 even, a 27.6% increase from the $98,000 median of April, 2012. Great Falls National Park is a great place to visit, that's just minutes from D.C. Hard to believe these falls are here in our backyard in Northern VA! Only costs $5 per vehicle and you can picnic and bbq here too! Great place for families on vacation.
