For the most part, the poverty and isolation isn't out of the ordinary, so I just don't think this answers the question.

Truth of American Women

Posted 08-08-2013 at 03:24 PM by DanielleNguyen

This was my thread first but I turned it into a blog entry.

I have seen lots of posts and pages on multiple sites on why American women are unattractive, bad mothers, sleep around, ect. I am American, and I think putting American women as the worst partners is not true. How good a partner is in life is not based on nationality. It is more of how the woman is raised.
I was raised in a good old fashioned family. I believe in til death do us part in marriage....

It's a shame that in America most people judge you by what you have instead of who you are. Everyone seems to want the nice games, clothes, and purses.
Money is nice to have. You can go to the salon and get your hair done. You can go buy fancy clothes and shoes. You can buy the fanciest games. However, are you happy?
At 21 years old, I manage my own business, Touch of Heart.(www.touchofheart.net) I make handmade bows, dresses, soaps, lotions, and jewelry. I really...

What You Sometimes See On YouTube Is Almost Like Being There

Posted 08-08-2013 at 02:44 PM by case44 (Welcome To Case's Column)

Have you ever wanted to see certain places before you see them? I don't mean still photographs, but, rather, actual live motion footage of cities and all that they contain. You actually can. It's amazing, the stuff you find on YouTube nowadays. You can type in the key words to any particular place and, chances are, you will see some type of footage there.

The other night, I thought it best to look at the footage of a passenger traveling up Las Vegas Boulevard...

Trip to Rockport & Port Aransas

Posted 08-06-2013 at 01:26 PM by CptnRn

The Rockport/Fulton area is the prettiest part of the Texas coast. Lots of wind bent live oak trees. We take a spring vacation there almost every April.

We always drive there via Gonzalez, Victoria, etc. to avoid the freeways. It is a nice drive through some smaller towns and agricultural areas. 187 miles, 3 hours 20 minutes Route: http://alturl.com/a8z4u You will see lots of wild flowers on the drive down in April.

Stay at The Lighthouse Inn at Aransas...
Have a day that means something...
