It was near a perfect day here in the mid-south, that day of September eleventh, 2001. My daughter teaches at the local high school and we were keeping our four month old granddaughter. Those twinkling blue eyes had just begun to recognize us and my wife and I both delighted in coaching a smile out of her and sometimes a cute little laugh.

Peace be on you…God made human through creation and guided evolution. God spoke with suitable pious human and gave them set of rules for physical and spiritual life to tell others. In physical world, chosen-by-people few people make laws and rest obey and society get on. But if the Watchers become corrupt, laws do not get implemented, and society scatters. A society, which values religion, start to corrupt when clergies start to slip or do not act; commandments of God remain written in the leaves...

I am a 1st time landlord that resides in Minnesota. I rented out my 3 bedroom house 4 months ago to some folks from out east, and I moved in with a friend. I had hand written a simple one year lease, which the requested, from Jul to Jun at $350 a month. Well they paid first and last months rent upon signing. The second month they deducted $200 for a refrigerator they purchased without any notification. The third month they were over two weeks late, causing several overdrafts at my bank in the amount...

I find it interesting that most everyone including myself focuses on the resume of successes in life. That is ok to talk about. It is uncomfortable to talk about mistakes. But I find them very useful if you can respond well to them and then help others mark the spot of potential hazards.

From that perspective I feel like a point man. You know the guy in the Army patrol that is out front. The one that gets taken out first or hopefully spots danger first to warn others.
