Broken Pelvis

My Neighbor 'Liberty', (not her real name, its something in Greek, and we cant pronounce it, so she makes it easy and is called that...her hubby calls her Rea, so he doesnt have to say her full name either LOL), took a tumble on the ice on Sunday.

My Wife took her to the Emergency Room shortly aterwards, and they took all kinds of X-rays and said she had a bad bruise!

Well, a few days and she wasnt gettin any relief, even from the vicodin that the Doctors prescribed,...

this dreadful snow

I cannot stand this snow and it seems like it is dumping more and more everyday . Im so scared Im going to slip and fall on this mess it is not funny . Im so glad Im moving down to the south and where it is warm hopefully even this time of year ....I might venture out and take some photos later on if I feel brave enough . Im sure not venturing out in 16 or 19 degree weather and for sure that is cold beyond cold . Oh well I am jealous of all of you who are spending your day in the warm sunshine ....can...

One evening, I was doing dishes, and looking out the kitchen window. From my vantage point, I was looking at the corner of the property, where a telephone pole sits, maybe 30 to 40 feet from me. I noticed a line of spider webbing that ran maybe 15 feet up the pole and came down at an angle to touch a 3 foot fence post, a few feet away.

My first thought was, "That is a long strand of spider web!" Then I questioned myself because from the distance I was standing, I shouldn't...

So where am I going now?

My daughter turns 18 next month....while she is not prepared to move out anytime soon, she is doing her own thing. We have great relationship.
