In my criminal justice class, I said the following and the majority of the class was offended:

"I don't trust cops. There are two many stories where officers take it too far. Each week I read at least 2 stories where an unavoidable death occurs due to some trigger-happy cop with anger issues or racial prejudices. When you encounter an officer, just do what they say and don't **** them off, or else you're dead meat, literally."

Eventually, I am going to have to go back out and meet someone new to share my life with. I know I don't need another person in order to make me complete, but I also know that I thrive when I am sharing with someone special to me.

As pretentious as this sounds, I am a great catch. I am just good enough looking, just intelligent enough, just kind enough, just humorous enough, and several other qualities that I may not be the best! but combined, give me the confidence to know that...

Sometimes when we are out living our life, we run into someone or something that brings back a memory or emotion that seemed to be in a forgotten place. Maybe it's someone you went to grade school with, and you run into them at the super market. Maybe you pass back through a town and suddenly realize you had more experiences there, than you realized. The memories become more visceral and tangent. The randomness, as well, is intriguing. Why that memory, or that experience, or that person? Does...

My Neighbor 'Liberty', (not her real name, its something in Greek, and we cant pronounce it, so she makes it easy and is called that...her hubby calls her Rea, so he doesnt have to say her full name either LOL), took a tumble on the ice on Sunday.

My Wife took her to the Emergency Room shortly aterwards, and they took all kinds of X-rays and said she had a bad bruise!

Well, a few days and she wasnt gettin any relief, even from the vicodin that the Doctors prescribed,...

I cannot stand this snow and it seems like it is dumping more and more everyday . Im so scared Im going to slip and fall on this mess it is not funny . Im so glad Im moving down to the south and where it is warm hopefully even this time of year ....I might venture out and take some photos later on if I feel brave enough . Im sure not venturing out in 16 or 19 degree weather and for sure that is cold beyond cold . Oh well I am jealous of all of you who are spending your day in the warm sunshine ....can...
