1) obviously, is the impact of the Biggert Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012
2) flood maps are being revised and updated in both Manatee and Sarasota counties

The chef at a hotel in Switzerland lost a finger in a meat cutting machine and after a little shopping around, submitted a claim to his insurance company.
