Posted 02-19-2014 at 08:34 PM by nepal2014

Though almost a year has elapsed since the introduction of a new trial system for driving licenses in the country, the government is yet to set up trial centers in four zones, leaving the license seekers from the regions with no choice but to travel to Kathmandu.

With the delay on the part of the government in resuming license issuance from Narayani, Sagarmatha, Janakpur and Dhaulagiri zones, aspirants from the regions are compelled to travel to Kathmandu for the purpose.

Case's Vacation Journal: Relaxation If Nothing Else

Posted 02-18-2014 at 02:09 PM by case44 (Welcome To Case's Column)

Here I am in sunny Abilene, Texas. It's always a joy just to venture off to another Texas city (large or small) and goof around a while. And the weather, for the most part, has cooperated in spring-like fashion, considering that it didn't look like it was ever going to warm up a little over a week ago.

But this is now, not then. Isn't it great that nice things don't have to be put off for so long? Meanwhile, I'm in West Texas and enjoying life (all the while...
