To say the least, the biennial realignment of the University Interscholastic League in the state of Texas had again come to pass this past Monday, and it was historic, if not very interesting. My high school alma mater in Arlington was moved into a newly-formed Class 6A, the state's newest big-school classification.

Fine and good, but my area of interest is in an up-and-coming school district which has already made some noise in the Texas high school football playoff picture...

I have had a lot of things going on recently. Things pulling me in different directions. Some decisions are made well, some maybe not so great, and some who knows how it will play out. I've been unable to focus on a topic lately. I've written a couple blogs but I haven't posted them yet. They aren't fully dressed, so to speak.

I don't want to loose the habit of blogging on a regular basis. Sometimes it takes a little more discipline to write than others. Sometimes it's a challenge...
