Case's Vacation Journal: How To Get Free Sausage

Posted 02-19-2014 at 04:45 PM by case44 (Welcome To Case's Column)

From time to time, you've seen me write about my restaurant experiences and wait staff doing what they should be doing (or otherwise). It's one thing to get good food out the right way. It's a totally other thing when the food that is presented to you isn't what you ordered.

In continuing this latest excursion onto the roads of Texas, your prolific writer decided to trudge on down from Abilene to San Angelo, where I stopped and had taken a few pictures around the city...

But this is now, not then. Isn't it great that nice things don't have to be put off for so long? Meanwhile, I'm in West Texas and enjoying life (all the while...

Dominoes

Posted 02-17-2014 at 09:09 AM by grumptacular

That's the best way I can draw an analogy!

I have things that need to get done, all of the big things to keep the momentum moving forward are all set. I have a whole new life I am starting!! Like a long line of strategically placed dominoes. I am waiting in anticipation for that first domino to tip and start the chain reaction. Just waiting....

Until that time, I'm on hold. It's caused me to loose some of the high that came with my initial mindset, and as a result...

Posted 02-17-2014 at 07:10 AM by MarkHafeli

FHA loans can be great for first time home buyers and owner-occupied two unit buildings but what about three and four unit buildings? FHA Loans are a good option on three and

four unit buildings but they must pass the self-sufficiency test.

The self sufficiency test states that the maximum mortgage is limited so that the ratio of the monthly mortgage payment, divided by the monthly net rental...
