I've never worried about strength; I never been to a "gym". Normal activities have always been plenty to provide me with the strength I need for normal tasks. At the age of 70 I can still do anything I've always needed to do. Never having participated in "sports", "fitness", or manual labor I've never suffered from the many ailments of those who have who have participated in these. You tube videos

Today, my day off I was mostly watching you tube videos on cooking and I got hooked on a couple of Korean ones. I got some awesome ideas. I made a Korean sushi wrapped with an egg omelette! Delicious! Then made some red beans(which I absolutely love) then making a Korean desert. I'm Korean tonight!, I like to cook from a variety of countries. It's my form of cheap travel.
YouTube is amazing. You learn to do everything on there. Whoever came up with that, was a genius. God bless!

On call and my faith tested

Since I'm on call the weekends that I work, I can potentially get calls any time of the night. It hasn't been that bad, but last night, of all nights that we lost an hour of sleep because of daylight savings, I get a call from a nurse for the stupidest reason. He had a question about multivitamin. Seriously?? Aren't these calls reserved for emergencies ? He wakes me up from a deep sleep for that?? Some people lack serious common sense.
It takes me about 2-3 hours to go back to sleep and...
