Should a retiree be entitled to full amount of sick pay earned?

During ones career you have earned over 1000 hrs of work. Employer takes 4 times the amount of worth and reimburses you what is left. Do you agree and believe it is a fair policy or do you see it as stealing legally?

Sw Florida beachfront and coastal communities

Anna Maria-Anna Maria is a one of the few towns that still has the "Old Florida" feel to it. I used to live out that way when I was a kid and my father started the Islander Newspaper, which was the first newspaper for Anna Maria Island. As a kid I attended Anna Maria Elementary and have fond memories of the school.

The original old city pier the Rod & Reel that's been there since 1910, is still there. There are a few little restaurants and small beachy stores but definitely...

Fishing in Ventura pier

Took my son fishing to Ventura pier yesterday. It was cool and windy most of the time. My son caught 5 or 6 fish which he threw back. He was so happy and enjoying himself. I don't know if the fish were enjoying him!
The drive was long and tiring. I wish I had gotten us a hotel to stay overnight. But I can't tell you how happy I was to be back home! Trips make you appreciate your home comforts.
