KOKE-FM Making Changes Once Again

Just when you thought KOKE-FM was still getting more established, well, now they've decided to make another change. Within the bounds of Genuine Austin Radio, the honchos have determined that it'd be okay to part with one of their three FM frequencies.

They already have 99.3, which reaches a substantial tract of Central Texas landscape, along with 98.5, which reaches those places that 99.3 can't. So, they're parting with the 105.3 FM channel and changing the format...

Monterey visit

Just came back from a 2 day visit to Monterey, one of the most beautiful cities in California. I went there partly to contest my speeding ticket, and mainly because I wanted to take advantage of my son's spring break.
I have always believed things happen for a reason. I got this ticket and at first it upset me very much. My cousin who lives in fresno, kept telling me I needed to show up at court because they'll reduce my fine. Well, it wasn't true. But by going there, it forced me to explore...
