Sunday ~~ June 8, 2014 ~~ Getting closer to normal...

Things have been such a whirlwind around our home since May 18, 2014 and we have started the downhill back to normal. Well normal for us anyway. My Husband is doing much better and is adapting to the splint on his left arm quite well. He is going about 8 hours between pain medication and when he does take it he takes 1/2 of what he was taking. He started helping as much as he can around the house. This is not required but he was pretty excited he was able to put away most of the clean dishes by...

Beaumont/ port Arthur. Texas

My family and I are going to be moving to Beaumont port Arthur texas area because my husband will be working at the prison in Beaumont. We are unsure of what cities are best but are considering port Arthur to purchase a home. We are moving in July and have a few questions if anyone can help us out.

1): Is port Arthur a safe city?
2): Are the schools good?
3): if not, why is it bad?

Homes offering owner financing are becoming a more popular niche. I have been concentrating in specializing in owner financing negotiation.

You don't have to have bad credit to benefit from owner financing. Many home buyers and sellers are refusing to deal with the hurdles involved in getting a bank mortgage. But, a conversation I had today with another agent brings up the issue of Fair Housing law.

No one offering mortgage financing can legally ask about the status...
