Little League

I joined my first little league baseball team when I was about 12. There were only 4 teams in our league and we finished in 2nd place. We were expected to finish in 3rd but the usual 2nd place team kept forfeiting because most of their players wouldn't show up and we were a lot better than the 4th place team which was made up of comical misfits. Nobody ever beat the 1st place team, they finished 1st every year because some of their players were a couple of years older than most of the other kids....

Yesterday, it was my Car that needed repaired.
OK, I can deal with that, because the Garage I take it to, finally gave me a break on the thing, (Only charged me 15 bucks to fix it, door switch was all, and I got away cheap that day)!

Today, my Wife is scrubbing all the rugs!
She is going in for a gallbladder operation next Monday, so, she wants everything in tip top shape before she goes in, so, she wont have to do anything, except prepare for her Garage Sale, when she...
