as I was bored at work yesterday, I was reading on benefits of fasting.. I'm at a point where i could use some help with my health. so I tried it yesterday.
I did not have time for lunch yesterday and did not eat dinner either. i was aiming for 16 hour fast, but did not quiet achieve that on my first day. at around 2 am, i was so starved, i could not go to sleep. I had to eat and it backfired on me!!
i planned better today. i ate from 2pm until 9.
I'll eat again around noon...
