Right now while I am shivering in below freezing temperatures here on East Coast of the North American continent, reclining and heading off to bed,

Way down under in the Great Barrier Reef off the northern coast of Australia, the scorching hot sun is baking right overhead. The sunbathers are scrambling for sun lotion if they are off duty on a summery Tuesday afternoon. And the smell of coconuts, lime juice, and Aussie barbecue :)

It can happen any time of the year, but since I had such a really good day today, I had to step in and help. After all, the lead on duty in my area was tired from her shift and really didn't want to continue with a difficult situation. By my shift's end, astonishingly, I was not even tired!

So that's when your trusty writer decided to take ownership.

Here's what went on: One of my drivers I was covering for dispatch got two shipments completely mixed...
