I remember watching the news one night about a man who tried to assault a woman in the park but she got away. The news described him as " Covered with acne and giving off a horrible body odor." They showed a sketch of him and it looked comical, almost as if he stuck his face in a bee hive. I wondered what he thought about his description if he was watching the news ? " Liars, I don't smell that bad."

I got weighed yesterday at the Doctors office, and, for the first time in three years, I could actually use the Doctors balance beam scale!

Three years ago, when my thyroid went whacko, and I gained one hundred pounds in thirty days (Yea, I wasn't amused at that one either), I topped the scale at 377 pounds.
Now, three years later, I finally got weighted in at 348 pounds!

Sure, its slow weight loss, and, in another twenty years, I should be down to where I want...
