I forgot to do a 3 month post. Oops. Well at the 3 month mark I was 168. A week later I am 166! I am now at the weight at which I met my husband! I'm quite happy about this. It still have a lot to go, my usual mantra, but this was something I was quite pleased to reach.

I sent an email to my current HR department asking for my point of contact as I transition to a new position elsewhere. I was given the name of a wonderful lady (who has a wonderful name: Swan Byrd).
