Some days it's easy, at least for me,
Staying sober is a matter of staying busy.
I know my triggers are time and funds,
In between contracts, the brain goes asunder.
One can only workout so much in a day,
Clean, volunteer, and healthy communicate.
That leaves time, all alone
Bills Are paid, this mind will roam.
Ultimately to a dark place
No matter the physical activity
The disease will replace.
Common sense, willpower...
