Working with buyers, and hanging out in the City-Data real estate forums, I see so much confusion regarding the home buying process.
We've been talking about putting together a First Time Buyers' seminar, a la "Boot Camp." I thought it a good idea to poll the CD Faithful and ask what they thought would be good topics to include.
