In Colorado, the HOA Property Manager (aka Community Association Manager (CAM)) licensing law was fully implemented July 15, 2015. This law provides home owners a chance to help clean-up abusive industry practices and provide a forum for home owners to rein in violations of State law and HOA governing documents. I quit on my job 2days ago. 1st reason. Having so many shortages. Its not practical working for shortages.. Its like doing a charity work.. You work for shortages, how dumb i am for letting myself into that job for so many shortages.. I should have quit at the very beginning. 2nd reason, they let us wait for almost 2hrs (for cut off, where in we count the sales) but got no payment for that.. We are scheduled for 8 hrs, inclusive of 1hr break.. So basically we are paid for 7hrs of work..as stated...

...about a month late. It killed my poor Cubanelle pepper plant, which had been surviving under a plastic dropcloth, but spared my pot of beet greens and cilantro. This was the only time I had ever been able to grow cilantro without it bolting. We had already harvested the carrots.

Bye-bye, 2015 container garden.
