2016 is looking good for Santa Fe real estate, despite an uptick in mortgage rates - peeking over 4% today. It's still historically low, let's not forget. Inventory - good inventory - has been tight around Santa Fe this year, and we expect that a generally more active market will bring out more sellers in 2016.

Just got back from a great day in the chilly outdoors. I'm making an effort, this new year, to spend more time outside enjoying God's beautiful creations. We went hiking in Cochran Mill Park. Its located in S. Fulton county near Palmetto. With the recent massive amounts of rain the waterfalls (yes multiple!) were magnificent.
