Posted 01-02-2016 at 09:16 PM by CharlestonSCSales

Hi from Charleston, SC!

Every time I mention that I live in Charleston, SC the first question is about the weather. So, I thought I would share my experience since moving here from Asheville, NC.

The morning after I arrived in Charleston I remember waking up and opening the door to go outside and feeling like I had walked into an oven that had been heating up all night. It was instant sweat. I thought, what have I done. It was definitely the type of weather that...

Santa Fe homebuying outlook

Posted 01-02-2016 at 07:13 PM by santafescribe

2016 is looking good for Santa Fe real estate, despite an uptick in mortgage rates - peeking over 4% today. It's still historically low, let's not forget. Inventory - good inventory - has been tight around Santa Fe this year, and we expect that a generally more active market will bring out more sellers in 2016.

Exploring Parks in Georgia

The Utah Housing Market

Posted 01-02-2016 at 04:08 PM by MaxPowerUtah

If any of you have spent a little time looking at purchasing a new home in Utah, you may have been in for a bit of a surprise. Most people come in expecting a slow market, little activity, and lots of great deals to take advantage of. You may be shocked to find out that in most of Northern Utah we are currently in a Seller's market! Interest rates are still historically low but expected to rise. Home values are going up as much as 7-12% in most areas. There are currently more buyers then there...
