Posted 01-04-2016 at 11:27 AM by LoveNaplesFL

About a year ago, I was transferred to Naples, from the Boca Raton area of FL. Where does your water come from?

Posted 01-04-2016 at 09:31 AM by Essential Elements

Family and friends always ask me where our water comes from. They think...you live in the desert so how do you get water. Being curious I went to our local website - Official Website - Surprise, Arizona -

Surprise has three available water sources: groundwater, reclaimed water, and Colorado River water (surface water from the Central Arizona Project). Currently, Surprise relies solely on groundwater for drinking water purposes. We also utilize reclaimed water for agricultural and...

Why I love Poway: One of the Safest Cities

Posted 01-03-2016 at 08:18 PM by SanDiegoSarah

Poway was recently mentioned as one of the top 50 safest cities in the nation, according to SafeWise. In fact, it was ranked 26th in safest cities in the study, which took into account crime statistics.

As a buyer, you want to ensure that the property you are purchasing is in the same or better condition than it was when you signed the Purchase/Sale Agreement. There may have been an addendum with several items that needed repair and it is in your best interest to ensure that any agreed upon work order items have been properly addressed.
Your walk-through should be scheduled one or two days before the final closing in the event there are items that were not properly repaired. This gives...

The To-Do List Just Grows Much More Before I Go Cajun

As I look ahead to this New Year already launched, your favorite blogger is looking ahead to his trip to Natchitoches, Louisiana, which will be in about five weeks. Some things have to get done prior to that, but the anticipation for that fun week just builds.

Funny how I stumble on such good timing whenever I make vacation plans. The week that I go there begins with Super Bowl Sunday (either at my abode or a cousin's house), and then I leave for Natchitoches on that...
