I never understood them. I'm talking about people that get some kind of high or thrill spending money. I know a number of them, It's almost like they have something against money and can't wait to get rid of it. The funny thing is, when they don't have any they sit around all depressed with withdrawal pains because they have no money to withdraw. Then when they come into some money it's off to the stores and they feel a lot better when they get home with the crap that they pissed their money away...
