There is a fire -- there is an anointing that can fall on us so that we are literally overcome with the heart of God. There is grace available from the Lord to bow before Him on our face, weeping, crying out, and there is grace for us ot be touched by the Holy Spirit...

"I will pour out my Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters wil prophesy, Your old men will dream dreams, You young men will see visions.....I will pour out my Spirit in those days." - Joel 2:28,29

An outpouring is a work of the Spirit. There is no man-made formula. Many people ask How long should an outpouring last? What does it look like? All outpourings are different! They are unique moves of the Holy Spirit sent to shift people into a deeper place in God....

Personal fulfillment can become an idol; it can develop into such an obsession that we are living for happiness more than living for God. Part of our salvation includes having our desires prioritized by Christ.


Our difficulty is due primarily to the fact that we have failed to understand Jesus' teaching that the way to self-fulfillment is through self-denial. To save the life is to lose it; to lose it for Christ's sake is to save it (Mark 8:35).

We cannot enter into the deep things of God uintil we are free from our own ideas and ways.
There is a good and there is a better, but God has a best, a higher standard for us than we have yet attained.
