An unobtrusive bird feeder in you personal rear garden areas immediately next to your house or lanai would likely not be a problem.

But installing any kind of permanent structure or obstruction out in the grass areas (bird house on a pole?) that are maintained by the landscape service paid thru the HOA might likely raise

Time for some more Scattershooting, right smack dab in the middle of Case's Column, which, itself, is exclusively (as it were) on City-Data, where it's great to be alive. So, get those marshmallows a-toasting. There's a cold front moving through.

America won last night's presidential election. See, I knew there'd still be something left in the ol' gas tank, and Americans, too fed up with politicians, scandals, and truth decay,...

Suggested First 100 Days Manifesto for President-Elect Donald Trump

Posted 11-09-2016 at 02:57 PM by Blondebaerde

I am not a terribly spiritual man by-nature, but as we move forward on this glorious day-after the election of Donald Trump to the highest office, President of the United States, I feel the touch of divine providence yet again on this greatest nation on God’s green earth.

Our President-elect now has a mandate, between dominance in both houses of Congress, and the ability to nominate at least one Supreme Court justice, possibly several. The latter will have repercussions for decades,...

Wednesday ~~ November 9, 2016 ~~ Today turns into tomorrow which feels like........

Posted 11-09-2016 at 12:53 PM by CSD610

the day before.
Names change days stay the same.
The same old rhythm the same old rhyme the same old shoes the same old dime.
Time for a change, oh no not that, where am I going to find a brand new hat.
Change is scary it can leave scars, everything changes, even the stars.
The old is out the new is in until it all recycles around again.
History is made with daily changes, different days that rarely stay the same.

The Perfect Egg?

Posted 11-08-2016 at 09:41 PM by Blondebaerde

K, people: looking for perfect or near-perfect scrambled eggs. I'll be "very" explicit about what I do, which is not quite the secret sauce. Mine aren't bad, but neither are they great. I'm looking for greatness.

- Hand mix in a bowl, two large eggs
- Dash of water
- Dash of cream
- Dash of pepper, dash of salt (will stop doing the salt, just tried it and too spicy)
- Small 8" non-stick, long in the tooth pan.
- Medium (half) heat,...
