Today, I finally admitted to myself that a friend and I have outgrown each other.

No, we didn't argue nor did we start to dislike each other. Quite the contrary. In fact, over the past few years, we tried really hard to stay friends and keep in touch but sadly, it got more and more obvious that we were no longer the same 2 people who we used to be. We no longer laugh at the same things or even cry at the same things.

Things are looking up in the Lubbock area. Infrastructure will be coming in the places that badly need it.

One significant development is now certain, but I can think of two east-west side streets that need to stay ahead of the curve. The one certain item is one that's gotten a lot of talk lately.
