The truth can be a slippery slope it seems. Not for all but for some. The real truth is usually not pretty, candy coated or prettied up words to make it easier to accept. It is raw, untamed, unfiltered and can hurt more than anyone has ever imagined. The thing about truth though is it can heal, help, free, unburden and give you hope for a better future after the lesson is learned.
The truth is no one really cares if or when they are added to an ignore list.
