With as much barbecue as we have in Texas, I'm thinking of possibly doing a tour. Problem is, there is good barbecue in a few different regions, and some of them are many miles apart from one another.

Since the big subject of barbecue in Texas usually takes place in Central Texas (aka The Barbecue Belt), I can just narrow it down to that area for one tour. I'd have to spend some evenings in Austin (since, hey, I've got to stay in a hotel to cover multiple days )...
