Jobs Seekers especially Fresh Grads usually seeks the support of Employment Agencies and referrals to get the Direct Hiring Jobs and it would be difficult for other job seekers that do not have enough resources for referrals or at least knowledge in employment agencies procedures and could not about fees and expenses for the heavy requirements and legal certificates to be qualified as an applicant.
