Everyday there are social media posts that ask for recommendations for painters, plumbers, electricians, septic people, etc. Some people get a huge response while others don't get any responses at all.

My tip of the day is visit your local hardware store. They generally have a list of a variety of local businesses that offer these services and more. I recently visited Beman's in Granby and they were able to give me a list of three painters along with their phone numbers. They are...
