I'm not an expert on Country Clubs; however, it's my understanding that an Equity membership means you're entitled to the fee being refunded upon membership termination. There's typically many hurdles that need to achieved before it's refunded, but it's technically owed. Typical hurdle is a new member must take you out with an Equity fee before you get refunded meaning there's enough hurdles that it's far from guaranteed you ever get it back, but it's better than nothing.
An Initiation fee is usually non-refundable.
Hi Biscman,
If you are still active on this forum, I would love to talk to you about your dialect. Can you message me? My mail is stillericrises "at" gmail (trying not to get this post censored in case they don't allow those addresses). Thanks so much!Posted 08-29-2021 at 08:14 PM by ericsbrokendreams
