What should i do?

Hello I was a part time custodian for this school county for 7 years until covid-19 came. I have been out of work for over a year. A few months later i called up one of my supervisors to find out my job status and i got told that my job was on hold for right now and i got told that the school county had a couple positions open for full time which i can't do full time because i get social security due to my disability which i'm only allowed to do part time. My supervisor told me that it wasn't no need in me going to the school right now something about no staff i can't remember what was said. My supervisor said that they would have the administrator call me to let me know more info and the whole school year i never got a call. I never got called back to work. It was all virtual learning and it was part timers that worked during virtual learning except me. I gave all last month to see if the school county would send me a contract through mail knowing that would have meant that my job was safe but all of last month no contract, now it's almost july and no contract. The school year is over and my contract is gone. I had to sign the contract every year to keep working as a part time custodian just like everybody else. I worked at a elementary school for the same county for 5 years and i got into some trouble there a few times for acting in a unprofessional way to some of the teachers when i would have a bad day and having conversations with female staff talking about things outside of work and going out on dates and some of the teachers were very uneasy being around me. I would also bring up what kind of ladies i like and how i felt about certain types of ladies. I had anger issues during those 5 years when i worked at the elementary school. The school county and the administrator traded me to the middle school for those reasons and for me to have a fresh start and for me to become a better person. I wish i was still working at the elementary school if i had straighten myself up and i wish i would have straighten myself up and i wish i can take it back but i can't. I had gotten better since september 2018. It was a teacher at the middle school that knew me and they taught at the elementary school and right at the beginning of covid-19 the same teacher started acting funny twoards me a couple times and must have found out from one of the teachers from the elementary school for all the trouble i had caused. I wasn't sure why. My question is could all of this be the reason why i never got called back to work or could it be that they wanted to move on from me without them not wanting to tell me?
