Moving to Georgia, where would you suggest?

My husband and I have been working hard on a career change, we are studying nursing and would like to move from new Jersey to Georgia. Our ages are from mid-30s to 40s and we would like to live max. 45 minutes away from Atlanta due to Airport location. We can live in a quiet, layed back town as long as Hospitals are near by (we will be working there). My husband and I have been looking on realtor.com for 2 years now and are just waiting for me to finish my LPN degree. We like lakes, rivers and beaches... we do not care much for late night parties nor bars. A strong bible beliebing Church is important, budget should not be over 200k for a house. The question is, "If you had a choice to move to Georgia, which town would you recommend us to move to and why?" Thank you so much for your input.
