Buying newly renovated house vs charming older home

    I'm a bit biased as a home renovator but if you like the look and feel of a character home and plan on doing minimal renovations, then go for it. But if you are thinking of doing any sort of large renovation at all then I would definitely buy new. Not worth the headache of going through such a massive renovation in my opinion!
