Advice : Places to Rent ~ Craven County NC

We are wanting to move between Mid of March to Mid of April of 2020.
We are a Family of 4 (2 alduts 2 children) with 2 Small Dogs. I am on Disability and My Finacee works in the HVAC Field. Our Children will be 7 y/o (in 1st grade) and 5 y/o (in pre-k) and dogs will be a yr and almost 6 y/o, at the time of moving. Finacee works at Trent Heating and Air Conditioning here in Havelock NC.
We are looking for at least a 2 or 3 BdRm 2 BthRm; Any Unitilies that are included are Appreciated, Pet Friendly, Handicap Accessible, Section 8 / HUD Appectable.
Budget for rent is variable depending on type of place, with that being said; we are ok with Apartments Townhouses, Duplexes, and lasting (and less ok with) a mobile home /mhp. Close drive to School / Daycare and Work.
Any and All Advice Will Be Appreciated

Not only am I seeking to find Housing & Employment within 25/30 miles from home. I'm also seeking a private party or small moving company to assist me in getting my personal belongs (now in storage) from Blackhawk, Colorado to Either Lake Arrowhead, CA area or Crystal Bay, Nevada AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before the snow season hits. Therefore, time is of the essence please! Hopefully a private or small moving company would have room on their moving truck to add my few personal property, approx. 7 to 8 feet in diameter. Currently the storage my property is in now is a 10' X 10' storage. Most everything is packed, boxed, downsized and ready to go.
