Gardener needed in the Charlotte area

I am looking for a reliable gardening service to do some work on my garden. I have tried a few of the big companies along with a self employed gardener that has unfortunately been great first couple of times but then let us down with the quality of work carried out on a regular basis, not turning up and not calling to reschedule.
I live in the charlotte area. Can anyone recommend a good gardener that is reliable and does a great job consistently and takes pride in their work?
The job I want carrying out is nothing out of the ordinary. Some garden beds need attention and lining to prevent weeds coming through. Filling with new top soil and bark, being made ready for planting. Then regular lawn treatments through out the year. The companies I have called so far don't even return your calls.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
