I believe I interviewed with someone from Breakground and the Ashland. It was a bit confusing to be honest. I started out with an intake specialist and in her emails, her company was listed as Break Ground-Gotham. I don't know. Yes, I heard from them. Basically the leasing office approved me at 250 Ashland but now I'm waiting for an approval from HPD. This upcoming Friday will make two weeks since I was told that I'm waiting for HPD's approval. I'm a little nervous and beginning to get discouraged. I was told though, that I made it through the hard part and that was submitting all the documents and being approved by the building's leasing office.
